Nel mio respiro is about being, about being here, about presence. It talks of needing to connect with the essence of what makes us alive: to breathe. Breathing as a daily act; breathing as an act of consciousness; breathing as an act of surrender; breathing as an act of care; breathing as an act of resistance, of love for life. Breathing to be reborn.
CocinandoDanza is a dance company and a pedagogical and artistic mediation project through dance and movement arts, created by Henar Fuentetaja Sanz and Miguel Tornero Campos in 2013, whose mission is to disseminate and promote dance in our society with shows with a marked humanistic and critical vision, as well as workshops and training for diverse audiences. CocinandoDanza has been a resident company since 2019 at the Casa de la Cultura de Picanya (Valencia).
