Synopsis

A multidisciplinary dance piece that makes a grotesque portrait of society and the post-internet generation based on three representative concepts: the workout, the screen and computer programming; exposing in a scenic way some generational traumas and frustrations.

The original piece is an extended version of 120′, this time we bring a 60′ version.

Trajectory

laSADCUM is a dance project born in Barcelona in 2018 by Guillem Jiménez, which choreographically explores the influence of technology and virtuality on the bodies of post-internet society, exposing some of the generational traumas and frustrations. They works have been seen in spaces such as: CCCB, La Capella, La Casa Encendida, Guggenheim Bilbao Museum, Teatro Pradillo, among others. They accumulate 3 scenic pieces, 2 exhibitions and a line of workshops and curatorship.
