The piece is a personal and intimate journey. A retracement to find the right step. I walk as memory and footprint. Olive tree as a place of worship to which a pilgrimage is made to collect the fruit of the millenary. The bailaora wants to be a root, twist into a trunk and blossom into fruit. To be fruit to be broken into substance, into a deep and nutritious balm, and return to the earth, like that seeded rock that transmutes into gold, because it goes to the olive grove and returns, returns and returns.

Valencian performer and creator, Rosa Sanz obtained the Interdisciplinary Master’s Degree in Flamenco Research and Analysis (UCA). She co-founded the Arredomar Project, she has presented proposals such as Encuerda-2, Jaole and Fluidos Ruidos. She has co-produced the show Cucú, selected by the Circula! Project. 2022. She is part of the show Cossos i Altres Territoris and the company Marea Danza. She has directed and choreographed the show Minimal by Irene de la Rosa. Cuéntame Otra is her latest personal project.
